Can someone explain how to do an auto conquest? If you're starting it in auto fine, but don't go auto mid game. My mistake when conquering the world as Poland was just that. I had over 80% of the world and let the auto clear the rest at 103 turns in. Came back later to find no progress. Came back even later no progress so I decided to finish it myself. Game ended next turn.

The key is to first capture the vital areas required to provide YOUR artificial intelligence enough of an overpowering advantage. Then also when you need the AI to cross a sea to attack somewhere else after you switch to autorun, make sure you deploy at least maybe 8 to 10 troops into the water. The process of figuring out how the AI can complete a conquest takes some adjustments to get used to it. Remember a conquest has a limit of 300 turns. If it's 200 or more, it's best to go ahead and take over to finish the job yourself. (Don't bother moving all of those units far behind the frontlines ofc).

Thanks but the rest of the enemies were at the base of Russia and I surrounded them from all sides on land with mixed troops and I pretty much controlled everything else
