Stardate 4 begins Now Ambassador Spock has delivered a deeply inspirational speech, inspiring the Vulcans. 3 Starships and 5 units of Ground troops to the Federation in Vulcan. The Borg have assimilated Captain Picard. Borg have 1 dice roll advantage against Federation systems. No other events. You may do your turns |
