News of the Federation President's suicide-related death rang out from the office situated in Paris, Earth. The citizenship of every federation world feels rocked to the core in shock. Reports and gossip flies around in utter mad confusion. Never before the Federation has ever seen its president committing suicide nor anything in approximate closeness in history! Thousands of queries were made in the judiciary investigation into the President's apparent suicide, and millions of questions were begged outside these hallowed courts in San Francisco.
After the hastly conducted investigation were concluded, it was the legislatures scrambling all over themselves to uphold the assertions made by the former President's cabinet that there wasn't any foul play behind the death. However it didn't help to clam down the suspicions when the Federation Council pushed a Romulan to successor the office of the Federation Presidency.
What's even odder, it was none other than the former High Commander of the Romulan Wartime Fleet who had defected to the planet Earth! Paparazzi grew abuzz with accusations railing against Desopheaus. The voices grew louder especially with the shocking revelation that the former President aides went to the press to protest against the elect of the newly immigrated Romulan.

The newly appointed Cabinet of the President Desopheaus issued a brief address:
"My honored citizens... The most pressing and urgent duty to me as the President in service to every citizen of the United Federation of Planets is to attend to the most serious threat of the Borg invasion. I shall carry out the full capacity in well-being of the entire Federation's behalf and her allies in proper conduction. I shall succed in this goal amply.
For a brief time, I was chosen to serve the Romulan Star Empire at bequeathed command of the Romulan Senate for the explicit purpose of avoiding capulation the planets of the Romulans to the invaders. I've overseen the uphaul of the Romulan Wartime Fleet respectfully in accordance to the mandate issued by the Senate.

I'm assuming that the Borg hasn't taken over Teenbia sector right? I don't even know how many ships I own in there. O.o
I'm assuming that 10 of the new 50 dreadnoughts were in Teenbia 20 in Sol, and last 20 in Vulcan sector based on the locations of the docks.

Well I thought the battle formula is geared toward BP rather than the units in terms of casualties plus if you have a massive BP advantage, the base number to win goes way down. Example: 1 BP attacker vs 40 BP defender Need 1,205 or better... GG and RIP lol. 15 BP attacker vs 25 BP defender Do need 55 (range of 10 dice goes up to only 60, ouch) 25 BP attacker vs 15 BP defender Only needs a 23 or better 40 BP for attacker vs 1 BP defender Only need 5.75 (always round up, so it's 6) but the lowest roll (all 1s) is 10, so it's an autowin. |
