To get this lvl done for 1st time i needed a lot of cards... Health, oil, nuke...
Its all about playing defensive together with short burst of blitzkrieg against long range.. Dont forget air support..
Use long range artillery for final fase.. I went by both sides of the water

I think I split my forces attacking east (with Navy Support) while holding the northern troops in place/defending and then when the eastern troops moved up I sent all north.
