1. Crumble Posible for decrease morale to all units when commanding cavalry, not applicable for Leadership generals. 2. Firepower Deprive evasion when commanding navy. Firepower would only impact ships in harbours correct? Also units in cities, like Copenhagen, London, etc. But still, similar to Siege Master, just in case there's hidden evasion claimed by wangchengxy.

Maybe some sort of skill that allows a general to "hop" units within 1 hex range, so that he might permanently be added to this new unit and continues command on that unit

Bayonet assault. 20% chance to decrease morale of the attacked unit. It was the time when bayonet attack was quite important part of the battle.
