It would have 4 scenarios.
1) War of Spanish Succession
2) War of Polish Succession
3) War of Austrian Succession
4) Seven Years' War
I concentrated mostly on the Polish Succession War
Here the two coalitions clash. France vs. Russia while in the Middle East there's tiny Persia. This Persia however has the best general in the game, Nader Shah. Leading campaigns against the Hotaki and up to Delhi and Syria and Oman you could bring Persia to former glory and it's pretty much what Nader Shah did.
During the Austrian Succession War the Afsharid Empire (Persian) is at its height but powerful rebels are everywhere.
