Well, i dont think its soo right. I finished HRE i dont get it, surprisingly. 
But, on Eastern Overload i get it even i only finish it with Russia (with Turkey its so damn hard lol)
Then, Rise of America i dont get it either. (WTF happen here?!)

Any thought of this? Because i red it before on some thread u will get 1 emblem on every campaign except from Coalition Campaign. ,
