It wasn't that hard for me. I think I got 4-5 stars my first try. If I remember correctly, there should be a northern objective, southern objective, and a western objective with French and Indian forces in between. Leave one general behind at your starting spot, while the rest split up and take the north and south. Then they converge on the last objective. Now about halfway through, Britain and Spain will attack your starting area, which is why you left a general there. Don't try to kill the enemies, just hold out until your other generals can win.

Britain? You are Britain. I'm guessing you mean America

I remembered mixture of this and the American one it seems.
Same strategy. Leave one general behind. The rest go over the southern American forces and through the Indians.
