best75, well no one else is stepping up to the plate now that three people have deserted. Its either postpone it for a month or so or start now with Lannes being France and USA. And id rather not have the former. For the record, I still feel pretty sad about being not able to play in this TW. How's things going so far? Not too bad, right? I did peek a bit but I definitely can't read 20 pages at this time though. well it's the usual landgrab till now, people attacking NPCs, though the first PvP is about to happen as best75 (Russia) has attacked Bismarck Jr (Prussia) and I suppose Prussia will retaliate.

Cool, the partition of Poland gone wrong now, peace of Westphalia is next on the chopping block.

It was implied. I meant that as a joke. If Russia and Prussia had an agreement with the Poland thing, then should there be also peace between the two, right? No peace implies something may be wrong in the Poland agreement thingy, and the diplomatic relationship thingy too.

We're doing great! No major salty arguments like the last one. That is because we been only attacking NPC for a time. As PVP happpens there will be bigger chance of salt

Unless you state that Austria is currently involved in the crisis, then no. No countries can intervene in a crisis war unless they are already involved in the crisis. You can send them there once or if the war begins.
