This is ridiculously hard. I have a list of very good generals (although not promoted) and feel that this mission is impossible.
I have:
Manstein
Zhukov
Eisenhower
Guderian
Patton
Govorov
I've tried moving all units through the red circle, including the supertank (with Guderian), but the enemie generals and missiles bombard the blue general to death before I crack the red circle.
I've also tried building a field artilery in the upper left city and assigned it with Zhukov to soak up damage for the blue general, but an incredibly strong supertank (I think Timoshenko) ignore Zhukov and just rush down to the blue one.
If I also leave my supertank there then there is not enough force to crack the red city.
Also, I've let Eisenhower take the carrier in every case to bombard enemy tanks (those not in city) to help the progress.
Nothing worked so far. I hate the missiles. Any help on this crazy mission?

I recently did it again with way less generals ... I am not sure buts is this the brazilian 1? Maybe you can make a screenshot from start so i can guide you more easily how i succeded? (Ofcmore ways to achieve it)

I suppose you're referring to the Brazilian mission. Rokossovsky was the Soviet tank general, by the way.
It took me quite a while to accomplish this, as well... And then I decided, screw it: defending the ally general was a waste of time, so I sent all available units to crack the objective. To be honest, the supertank wasn't even necessary.
I placed Govorov on the available artillery, and Patton on the heavy tank closest to the target. An air general should be used (NOT on the aircraft carrier) to weaken defenses.
That's how I won, anyways, but it didn't take as much generals/effort as you would think. Perhaps, it's your tech levels that are underwhelming.

For that one, I used Guderian on Super Tank to hold off enemies (he eventually come to break the objective! forgot how he did it), Patton on Heavy Tank to break the city (as usual, don't attack anything else), Ozawa on carrier (bomb anything but the objective, AA will get in your way), Govorov on Rocket Artillery (built one), Goring on infantry (sits in the city and bomb to pave the way for Patton).
Always have Guderian stand on plain to maximize his damage.
