The title says it. Yamamoto could move quickly and deadly on carrier. However, That means only 4* navy. I could choose Nagano, which is 5* navy marshal but only 4* air. Or, I can get Donitz which can fit on all fleet unit except carrier. So, Yamamoto, Nagano, or Donitz?

Donitz is best pure navy, sub or battleship. Yamamoto is best carrier and finally Nagano is best price/power

In the end yamamoto is the best imo. I had a long time nagano and thought he is better but after the switch to yamamoto i was convinced and noticed daily the difference in strenght..
He can even be great as air general on art carrier in alliens game

Yamamoto: speed&AIR&survivalability.
Nagano: SURVIVALABILITY&price.

Of course, if you are refering to the best navy general, the one with 5 stars are more likely to be the best one, but for me if I am able to buy one of then, of course Yamamoto! Not only for navy but he can even do air and Artillery if you need 1 more, diversification is one of the most important factors for me OwO

Would have been awesome if Donitz had supply... He would be the best battleship/carrier killer there is, and he will be recyclable!
