I just had a thought: among infantries commando is much stronger, while motorized infantry is the best at running. The questions is, given the choice, would it be better to upgrade the tech to full so the paratroops become commandos, or is it better to leave it be motorized infantry?

I'd say it depends on preferences, battle humans (PC) or battle aliens (PMI).

PMI's have mobility - they can easily run amok in regions left unattended by their alien occupiers (because we know how stupid they can be).
Commandos have more damage-inflicting potential, but that's just about it.

I wanna talk about the another point about the strength of Commando, what are you referring to when you mean commando is much stronger than motorized infantry? I mean what is your position for infantry? Are you mainly using infantry to fight? Really??? |
