No(t yet), I just bought Sulkowski and am saving up medals for soem items so I can do HRE 1798 with Berthier, Sulkowski/Isabela/Sophia. You think that squad can do it? HRE, yes. I recommend Isabela in the East, Sophia in Italy, Berthier in the West. Thank you. Will try later today

And what equipment should I have?

And what equipment should I have? If you want to, build 2x Guards Cav in the West. Either that or use the Light Cav. Your choice. Items: whatever it takes to move 4 spaces (5 if Berthier on Light Cav), 1-2 Tents (+4 or +6), Snare Drum, War Horse, some attack items

i tried using berthier for that with snare drum when he starts getting weak but the HRE keep putting troops in my way.I put him on the double formation heavy cavalry from the start. Strange... do you guys conquer towns in the way, or just beeline directly to Moscow? The latter strategy gets me Moscow in 18 turns with Golitsyn in decent health, and it takes me about the same time to take Porto with Dresden. Sophia + Massena is enough for Britain, and Dumo+ Isabella is enough to take Berlin.

Here we need to consolidate all our ideas on how to win Victoria/Lan from France. Assume top-of-the-line Generals (Berthier too) and Tavern and Medkit allowed Problems: Russia takes too long to reach and to occupy, Spain has a way of dragging on to phase 35 without a General around. Solved problems: Marmont or Desaix should take Italy, Napoleon is better used in Austria
