No, no, no. I beg to differ, sir. Russia and it's four arty general charge is more deadly than their super tanks. I did not have fun beating Russia in 1943 with Bulgaria<:/ I believe you're referring to govorov, konev, zhukov, and chuikov. Plus vatutin riding super tank.... I just trying 1943 with romania. Got obliterated by SU I saw germany got gangbanged by SU and GB. Govorov and konev keep marching west to destroy germany cities, zhukov destroyin romania (me) assisted by vatutin in his super tank (just realize that super tank has 2 hex range), and chuikov reach bulgaria from turkey. GB keep pummeling germany cities with strategic bomber, killed almost all good germany generals. Wow..... Welcome to 1943!!!!! just wait till you get the aliens

For 1943, Italy is by far the easiest, at least IMO. First take one turn to build up some heavy vehicles in rome and a battleship or a submarine in the harbour. Then take zurich, and destroy the GB naval presence near sicily. In the meantime, use the italian forces in africa and take cairo and alexandria. Build up, then defeat the french first, then montgomery. After that, land the african-italians onto Spain. Usually between turn 20-30, the Americans and Canadians will invade Spain. Grab some heavy tanks and rocket artillery, because(in my case) America will send a 5-star air force general, Bradley on a heavy tank (took some land forting to defeat) and Nimitz AND EISENHOWER (the premium US general). Train up a load of submarines and torpedo the hell out of the americans. once defeated, train a bit more troops, then invade cuba+mexico. For me, I sped up the process by training a token force(just some motorized inf and battalion artillery)to subdue brazil and neutral colombia. cuba and mexico is pretty easy, and capture the southern harbour of US and build carriers . Bring the submarine survivors to counter US navy in pacific and spam carriers on washington or nyc. take mexico and spam paratroopers, take la and nuke san fran, use germans as meat shield and take nyc + washington.
In the meantime, move the local italian force east after taking zurich. Take stalingrad(it will be hard, with 4 russian gens there including 5 star artillery Vatutin) and keep a token force to move north at Saratov and yekaterinburg.bring the rest of your forces south into arabia to take egypt, then new delhi, then west china. After that its just yangon singapore and brisbane. took me 62 turns. Have fun.

it took me 90 turns with iran in 1960 with tehram witch is a nuclea city os pretty easy to take ankara and then europe when china is going in japan then you 'll have to send some troops to take japan cause of the US and then you just have to encircle us between japan and europe

I liked Greece. Easy access to Egypt, Bulgaria, Romania, and Poland. From there, you can push into Russia and what was once Turkey/the Middle East, then kill off India and China. A good tank general is recommended, though. Russia likes to send down a heavy tank general or two and they can be deadly. Oh, and I absolutely decimate Bulgaria and Romania with my mountain tactics>

Yep! Russia's Southern flank is surprisingly easy to take. The Middle East does pose a threat, but can easily be dealt with after taking Stalingrad. after taking them, though, you can easily push into Africa and southern Asia:P

An optional way is through Scandinavia for it might speed the conquest up.

Romania in 1939 and 1943 is easy conquest because you'll only have one front, Sovjet.

I took Soviet Union with finland after like 45 rounds,SU just kept attacking me from riga while Germany came in a non stopping advance to Leningrad,I lost 1 soldier trying to get Leningrad and Germany captured it (Insert 2 hours trying to capture Stolckholm) After defeating Sweden i flanked moscow with armored cars (Smart Russia sent all generals against Germany) After more 30 minutes trying to find out how mongolia managed to circle Stalingrad with naval Cannons I captured SU

Romania in 1939 and 1943 is easy conquest because you'll only have one front, Sovjet. I disagree... Romania in 1943 is more like: you're rolling and rolling, having a blast beating up your eastern bully instead of having it the other way around... wait... Did I missed something? What happened to my western flank? That's correct, you missed something... The Axis tends to collapse fairly quickly in 1943. Starting with a couple of cities on the "wrong" side of a war isn't fun. Don't misunderstand me, I fully agree that Romania in 1939 is incredibly easy, but it's NOT because of the one front thing. It's because the rest of the world falls to your side in 1939. Try playing Egypt in 1943, it's actually a lot easier than Romania for that specific year.

Canada is nice to but you give up turns at the start so having a closer country is probably better.
