Some more thoughts on WC3 I think as long as you have good tech and good tricks, you won't have difficulty in finishing the games. Of course it takes really a lot of time... Anyway, using 3/4-star generals in Conquest is quite ok to me, especially when I am able to use them to kill stronger generals. But these 3/4-star generals are very weak in Campaign, and I often feel exasperated... Choose the right generals! so what are yours?OwO

That satisfying feel when he mows down infantry and artillery as the enemy armor desperately tries to annihilate him (hopefully in vain).

Guderian is probably the best general in the game cause of that. It's debatable, I know, but you can't deny his power!

Debatable? Only a perfect original/eye-covered general could hope to compete with him!
Well, and probably Govorov. Place him on a field artillery, and he'd certainly rival Guderian (or outperform him, in some cases!).

How high was it?

Even though the current damage holder is Donitz on a sub against battleship/carrier. Unfortunately, submarines aren't nearly as essential as tanks and artillery. He's still on my wishlist, though. Marshal Donitz on a battleship (1960 Conquest) was a nasty pest, to say the least.

Nvm, I used the EW4 formula so it's wrong. Donitz on sub against battleship/carrier: (28+15)*2+28+16=130. Guderian on ST against infantry: (40+15)*1.5+28+20=130. Both of them are the highest.

Is it possible to win with japan 1960? China and North Korea nuke the shoot out of me and use missiles taking out my generals very quickly it seems a little unfair considering they start with 2 cities that can nuke, use missiles and spawn super tanks and have Russia up north that has the same thing. Should I just wait until they come to me and nuke them? Or take China's eastern cities idk it gets hard af I wish the game would make the enemy ai use less bombing and even with high air defences or high level generals like Yamamoto they take down their health half way in 5-6 turns

And you can beat anything

Has anyone tried Italy in 1960. It's a little hard at first, but for me it began becoming way easier.

You might need to play defensively till the US come. You can also send a small troop detour to capture Bangkok. Chinese nuke won't reach you there. Actually even S.Korea in 1960 is possible.
