Id put it under Western Europe, as with Germany, Netherlands, etc. Germany (Hamburg, Lübeck, etc) is partially North European actually. I guess Switzerland'd be Western as it's very close to France both in terms of culture and history The bulk of Germany is Central/West, though. And Switzerland is indisputably west |
