How to win this hell campaign? Omg this is much worst then Final Battle (even i dont finish that yet LUL)

I have never gotten 5 stars on this. It's god awful. Just... breakout I guess. Full on attack. You'll need to trade for food somewhere though.

Pasha is definitly not a navy gen so dont take him seriously and try to hold out until you can get to that tier II port, try your best to avoid contact with the russians and spam ports and put with generals. Duckworth will be a problem once on Low HP so first eliminate the Russia squadron and then avoid coastal forts and face sebastien and the coastal fort but make sure Duckworth is out of the way

I did this at first attempt for two stars.
You will need naval generals. I had 5-star Kate and 5-star Sophia. I also use other generals with 1 or 2 naval stars, only for units to have more life.
Getting 5 stars was much harder, though. Every turn must be perfect.
If you wish to get 5 stars, you will have to:
1) have at least two 5-star navy generals
2) one of them should have Spy to destroy forts
3) you can use the rest of your generals only to units have more life points, even this is useful.
4) if you have general with Assault Art, save and load until it triggers.
5) you can buy another ship in the port before Istanbul and place a general into.
Use a propeller or two so you can evade Russians and reach Istanbul faster. Switch cannons for better attack and military tents for regeneration.
Be prepared to use medkits.

Finished in 7 rounds using just Kate, Victoria, and Isabela (who has 2 navy stars). Just dash for Sebastiani. Run and gun against the enemies until you reach him and then just attack him with everything you have. I used one medkit on Duckworth to keep him alive. The shop has only medkits, a Napoleonic code, and a pumper so don't waste time on capturing it.

Oh and don't bother trading for food. Your food runs out around round 11 or 12 and five stars is much below that.

had the feel that was an easy mission...got 5* at my 1. try...have only kate 98hp and victoria 54hp as nav generals, both nob 10 and not regrouped...other gens i used was sophia 110hp, isabella 110hp, lan 125hp, all nob 10 and not regrouped for better navy skills...had 2 +6 tents and 2 snare drums i used, have no navy items and didnt want to buy them for sns campaign and they arent needed anyway...no medi kits used, but some s/l for better damage output, seemed like medikits arent needed coz my gens had pretty high hp at end - worst was sophia with half hp other 3 was better...
first i conquered the russian port to build some frigats (think it was 2) and i did put gens on them, then headed south, used the starting gen who doesnt need to survive to destroy the coastal fort, then all my other ships to kill sebastiani...dont fire to enemy ships when its your turn and your on the way to conquer the port and to kill sebastiani, just kill pasha and the russian general who atts you at start to make sure duckworth can survive for 8 rounds, stay with duckworth back at this point, hes save here and also important to save duckworth keep your last general at frigate in the russian port so the russian ships focus at that...you should have 4 gens to kill sebastiani, otherwise it may not be possible to 5*, depends on how much damage your gens can do...better navy gens than mine could do better so it could be possible with 3 gens as well not sure, i killed sebastiani with kate, victoria, isabele and sophia, which are my best navy gens or better said the only ones who have between 1-4 navy stars

This mission is kind of straightforward though. Just head to the target and kill him ASAP. If your gens and items are enough, you win. If not, buy until enough. I don't think there is a strategy for this without money spending (medikits etc..)
