It's the nightmare of every conquest, cities who are hard to conquer. I know some cities, but if you think a city is hard to conquer, list it here and you will get help. Nightmares are; 1. Brisbane, only in 1960 it can be atacked with something else than soldiers (LRBM from Midway) 2. New Delhi (1960), I just can't defeat Thimayya in New Delhi without any generals, more than 10 super tanks are lost in battle while fighting against Thim. 3. Riyadh (WTO, 1960), only if you have baghdad or cairo you cant get them, if you want to conquer them with super tanks you have to win Ankara, which costs time. (not that hard though) 4. Midway, No matter which time period, you can't really help going from Tokyo to midway or from Hawaii to midway (only when air =lvl Max) 5. The small city in the north of canada, I always forget about the city, even then it takes long to conquer If you have other suggestions say it.

For the above scenarios that's why in my opinion knowing how to use RA is much better than Super tank. I still got fresh memory on the above mentioned cities as today I have finished 2 conquests, first 1975 Japan 152 turns and second 1950 Soviet Union in 50 turns. I would like to first mention the 5 one: too easy, just move those units you used to conquer UK/Canada to the city, it will only be defend by infantry. 1. Not correct, can do also in 1950. For 1939/43 if you are axis, to deal with Blamey move some Battleships and a few FA from Manila to him. 75 is a bit complicated. 2. Losing 10 Super tanks reflects the following: 1.No Super tanks having a tank general 2. You currently don't have the skill of lining up. Also, mentioned above, some RA should be use in this situation. If it's hard for you to do it, spare a general every time you reach there. The whole thing should work like this(1960 SA, I have almost no casualties) url=http://postimg.org/image/4467krj5t/] [/url] 3. You have answered this one by yourself. Use the same tactics as 2. and no generals on it should be much easier. 4. By doing 1950 Soviet Union in 50 turns today (target 65) after nuked whole Japan my units then sail to Midway adding some Battleships, on the turn when reached the island I nuked Arnold and land to capture it.

Brisbane in 1950 is easier to take down than 1960, there are missile stations at Philippines & Darwin.

Nobody mentioned forts? Nobody? Even in landlocked cities like New Delhi and Riyadh? Okay...

All of those cities can be beaten with one of three things. 1) Nukes 2) Carriers 3) RA
