I'd like to nominate Weichs for artillery.
He's not the best but he is decent, he can cause a fair amount of damage and at roughly half the price of Govorov represents pretty good value if you're struggling for medals and can't afford Badoglio imho

It's pretty easy if you waste medals on buying the likes of Paulus, Nasser & Chung and upgrading the one-eyes before discovering this great site and specifically your wonderful All Generals Analysis thread  Anyway back on topic, given all the air force dudes in the chart I thought Weichs could be worth a slot at the bottom of the artillery list, however I may well be the only one |
