We can expect turmoil for ages-Carlist rebels rise up in Catalonia and Basque. So this means a long, nasty rebellion? Turns coming soon. (I hope). It means that rebels will spawn randomly throughout the game. You can let them win, but then Christinos can also rise up if you have a Carlist government. So if I say Peru shall control the federation, I'll have Bolivian rebels on my hand for quite some time? |

Bavaria can form the SGF (South German Federation), but you can form the NGF once you research Nationalist Sentiments and when GB withdraws from Hanover (which it will soon). To form Germany, you need to take Alsace and win a war against another country as your war of hegemony.

Ah I got it now. War with ottoman empire has ended. Russia gains 15 prestige and Panxuo ( don't think thats the right name for the province due to the font used for map, its the leftmost province on the middle east map) peace until 1843
