António Salazar , this is still probably not a good agreement...I mean Bismarck didn't accept last time because you gave Spain territory in C. America, and you still have that in the treaty. Im just saying, though. If there was an easy solution pleasing both sides we would not even have this conflict  Yeah, but I'm just saying that you're not going to solve anything by giving Khurram land in C. America. |

SPECIAL CRISIS EVENT:
The FRCA has recently invited the diplomats of the countries involved in the crisis to Managua in order to settle this issue once and for all. Now all of the countries have a choice: Attend the Congress, or continue to figure out the deal on their own.
All countries involved in the crisis:
Attend the Congress-Get a treaty from me which you can choose not to ratify.
We will continue to try to figure this out by ourselves-Dont get a treaty from me and continue to figure this out on your own.
Also, because this crisis thing is experimental, do we want to extend the time before a crisis turns into a war from 5 rounds to 10 rounds? Also, I was thinking of a maybe 10 year "cooling" period where more crises can't occur until the years after the last crisis ended.

I like this cool down period idea, as at least it'll give Spain some time to breath! Also I'm not really interested in any American land now, as I see people are eager and everyone wants the crisis ended I don't really need any "gifted land", but if I get any I'll just DMZ it (means I won't keep anything there) |

If this agreement is broken, then the side which broke the agreement will lose ten prestige and the international community will have the choice to intervene against them. This agreement will last for 30 years.
