The Peru-Bolivian Confederation declares the entirety of the South American continent (excluding Dutch, French, and British colonies) to be it's sphere of influence and under it's protection.
After reviewing the Congress of Managua's terms, the Peru-Bolivian Confederation has chosen not to ratify this agreement. The PBC will still be open to new treatys.

The FRCA has lost large amounts of prestige following the failure of the Congress of Managua. As a result, they will no longer be involved in further treaty terms.
1841 Events:
Slovaks demands representation:
Following Czech representation in Austria, the Slovaks, which many consider their cultural brethren in Bohemia, have demanded rights as well. This is a closer call as while the Slovaks are predominantly Catholic, they are direct relatives of the Hungarians, meaning that if we accept them, there is no doubt the Hungarians might rebel to gain representation.
We will not allow this: Slovak rebels rise up. Lose 5 prestige.
We will give them representation: Country changes to Austro-Czechoslovak Empire. Hungarian Revolution now possible. Gain 5 prestige.
