A few questions, if I may:
1. Is there a list somewhere of all the skills (Ace Forces, Blitzkrieg etc.), what they do and how useful they are?
2. Do all the academies have 5 tutorials?
3. Is there a list of where they can be unlocked, and are the yellow cities that unlock them found in all 3 levels of the relevant campaign?

Thanks in advance! 1) Yes, Erich von Manstein made a really good one. 2) If you mean skill upgrading then no. One of them only has one skill (Plan Fighting, the best) for example, 3) Idk about a list and the cities can be found in all campaigns except alien. They unlock a new skill then |

If you complete the yellow target on brons level, the target will be completed as well on silver and gold levels

If you do them once you instantly get the skill unlocked so you don't even have to finish the campaign and only doing it on bronze is enough |
