I have Guderian, Govorov, Konev, and Vatutin as well as some eye-covered worth about 500 medals. I also have 800 medals currently. Should I sell Konev and my eye-covered for Patton? (If yes, I would save up for another art. by selling Vatutin)

Don't. Use medal wonders to save up for Ozawa, then Badoglio, then upgrade your eye covered general

You could of course all sell your eye covered general but unless his skills and stars are horrible I wouldn't for now. If you don't have medal wonders then sell your eye covered and look for good deals to build them

Now go for a 3th artillery or get goring for air (depends on your strategy) |

do u have any medal producing wonders?
If u do, u should no wat to do, save for goring first as ozawa cannot go on battlefield, then aft u get goring,do some grinding.with the wonders, u can then sell ozawa and replce him with yamamoto
If u dont have a medal wonder, u can attempt 1939 conquest with major axis powers like japan(easy access to america and the pacific, decent economy too) or germany( alot of good generals and good economy as well as weak enemies near u, u can also attempt with soviet union if u trust ur skills as soviet union have access to nearly every axis.
