Some country is unplayable.It is normal because this country didn't join WW but can we modding this game and can we make this game playable?

No mods of that kind exist for world conqueror 3 that I know of.

Some coutries that are bot playable in some eras are in others.
The Chinese will make sort of mods I am sure,will be for rooted only if it even happen.

As far as I know, Columbia And Switzerland are always unplayable.
