  1st get the airport in the middle.. Destroy all units left to it. In the mean time get 1 tank to the other side of the water to get the tankbase (target..) this tank goes up to the final base up north.. Use smart ur long range artillery and 3hex tanks. Get your naval units to the base in the middle get it when its free. Subs air and long range art are great against the occupying boat. Final attack will be depending on your strategy. It's recommended to eliminate enemy artillery ships and missile silos as they will cause serious damage if left unchecked.
