Gw is changing. I will add the new rules slowly.
Population You gain 10,000 per region per turn You start with 20,000 in Capital regions Building a City will add 30,000 to population World Cities add 1,000,000
PP PP will now be used to research tech and erect buildings 10 PP per region Capital adds 10 PP to regions economy 5 PP per 15,000 Population
Money Used to build armies and to erect buildings Dependent on Science and Era Every era has a base economy per Population 10 per 10,000 Population at Ancient, 30 per 30k in next, 60 per 60k next, 120 per 120k next etc etc
War To attack a province it will require to either A. Capture all settlements B. If there are no settlements then you must win 3 battles in a region. You need at least a 7 on a die roll of 2 to win. However, if the enemys most employed unit has +x on die rolls, it raises the minimum by x.

I like these new rules, Bismarck. With the population and money mechanics will you consider my idea for having a thread where eveyone has a 'profile' of their country with regions, population, techs, money, military etc. so everyone can easily see what everyone has without having to serch though tens of pages of information?

I think I'll have people keep it as a post in the Country Creation thread, and they'll have to keep editing the post.
