Generals I used:
Eyes-covered, unimproved
Bai CX, unimproved
Manstein, 120 health
Eisenhower and Zhukov, 80 Health Each
1: Middle Eastern Campaign
Move Muhammad towards Ankara. Build Rockets for Bai and Zhukov to join him. Build Super Tanks for Manstein and Eisenhower, then use whatever means you've got to take Istanbul and Athens.
2: Europe
Proceed down southern Europe, leaving Italy and Yugoslavia alone. Kill Franco when he comes near you around Milan.
Take Lyon fast, USSR should've finished Germany. Benefit from Eisenhower's air stars to take out Paris.
Then, send Bai and Eisenhower to Spain and Zhukov and Manstein to Brussels, Amsterdam, and GB. Play defensive against British attackers trying to return, and Paraspam if/when Dempsey spawns. Attack London with a Nuke, and everything else with Generals+PMI (it's OK to nuke Dempsey if you can afford it)
In Spain, take Paris and Barcelona, then form a Defensive Line against Camacho. When he is downed, and the West Africa plan happens, take the rest of Iberia. Eisenhower might be nuked, that's OK
3: Africa
Send 2 PMI from Athens, 2 from Barcelona, and 3 from Baghdad to Africa
Barcelona's should head to Dakar, Baghdad's to Addis Ababa, and Athens' south, to turn wherever needed.
From Dakar, use bomb+para to take Fortaleza, then the rest of Brazil. This will eliminate Dutra before he causes trouble.
4: Asia
Once you're rich, send an Eyes-covered on a Super Tank (undeveloped is fine) east. Take Burma (not critical) and Singapore (critical). From Singapore, send MIs towards Manilla, to walk in once you Nuke Manilla. With Manilla nuked, your eyes-covered is done. Then nuke+drop or bomb+drop into every Lvl 2+ airport your enemies control, and eliminate major threats. Feel free to take everything else too, pref. Sooner. Leave Midway, Australia and Pearl Harbor for now
