Understabdable... but I find this amusing. I can't help but think of the maximum number of characters allowed in a forum post.
If you have more than 10,000 characters in listing your techs, this would become Techno-Wars instead of Theorical Wars. And if it's not the techs themselves, but if you needed more than 10,000 characters to explain the techs and rules about the techs, then maybe it needs a simpler tech list (or even none, since techs aren't necessarily a vital part of making a TW, and the TWs can run without techs).

Nah not that just there may be something important that needs to be brought up

Or if you just talk in a very roundabout way

The problem with defensive skills is that the attacker sometimes dont know the enemy has it. We used to be able to fortify a province. But the other one just didnt know it and attacked with normal numbers. I think this will be the same

You could have a special army unit build able only by Switzerland that has high BP power but can't be moved from the place where it was built. It would be easier to remember but still gives that defensive boost that you wanted at the same time

It would be easier to remember but still gives that defensive boost that you wanted at the same time looks applicable! That way Philip II of Macedon can get the defense bonus against me (Germany) and still not be "blitzed to death".

Of course, we'd have to restrict it to only be built in swiss if I conquer anything.

I think unit will be the same mess, so I just thought his defense bonus is working to a point where event makes it even on something else if he gets op.
