the thing that can be bought by paying it with money along with the medals, and you use it to buy packages which give you tactical card and some component (on gift picture) , what is the name ?
sorry could not give you the picture my phone doesnt support screenshot, anyway its color is yellow with red ribbon and king symbol in middle of it

Ah that..
Its also a gift which you get when you buy medals for real money. I thought it was a gold bar. But names are nit given in this game.
They focused on the ingame buy system by letting you not just buy medals but by doing it get more extra stuff to boost sells

When you buy medals with cash you receive some yellow cards these can be used to either buy special units or crates containing rare or common cards
