EasyTech is a Chineese gaming company , so they do their stuff in Chineese then translate it in English for us to read. They have time to translate because their workers are paid and its kind of an incentive to work.
Modders are not part of a gaming comany nor sponsorwd by it , and since EasyTech is a Chineese company , they have a huge following in China and many modders are Chineese. They know how to code and make very good mods but are untranslated. Some kind foreigners will translate it in English so we can understand. However theese good Samaritans wont ve in their prospect to translate stuff once its come out so be paitent.
[This is not formal , but this is to make people aware of the mods and translatiob work]
