Skills:
Leadership (Bit overused, but i think it makes sense for Albert as he rallied his men to defend the last corner of Belgium)

Id remove a star for artillery, cavalry and movement definitely, and then you can switch it around to make it more historical as well. No offense, but i don't think Oskars would be on par or better than Lettow-Vorbeck |

And as I made Lettow-vorbeck, he is damn near the perfect Infantry General, and very adaptable to anything if you give him stars |
