Albert I: Infantry: 4 Stars Cavalry: 1 Star Artillery: 2 Stars Fortress: 0 Stars Economic: 3 Stars Movement: 1 Star Skills: Leadership (Bit overused, but i think it makes sense for Albert as he rallied his men to defend the last corner of Belgium) we can also make him have mass fire (only little ground left, so little hp, but still fight back with everything possible)

I tried to make him historical, but not op I could drop 1 fort star and add 1 movement ehhhh, idk about that. Id remove a star for artillery, cavalry and movement definitely, and then you can switch it around to make it more historical as well. No offense, but i don't think Oskars would be on par or better than Lettow-Vorbeck Well his led troops had 90% hit accuracy (almost every shot was in target) and reason for that was low resources and colonels tactics, but his led men were one of most efficient in time period.

As i said latvia wasnt a superpower back then. Even if he was the best general the world ever had you cant give them these stats. That would make latvia OP. For the matter of game balance, you cant give him these stats. Im pretty sure ver huell would have got 5 stars if he was a french commander in the game, but he was not. He was chosen to be dutch so he doesnt have 5 stars so the netherlands arent an op country

Nice to see him in the game.

Lets take a look at Beresford, of Portugal. From what I've read of the Peninsular War, he did a great job at holding out against superior French numbers in Iberia against all odds. Pretty great general. Does this reflect in the game? Not really, he's really kind of mediocre. But the reason for him being totally downgraded was because Portugal wasn't a major player in the game unlike UK, France, Austria, Russia, etc. Because of this, they got mediocre generals. This is how the balance works, I'm afraid.

Only 1, I think. 1 plus campaigns. The 1918 conquest will have the continuing Western Front Warfare, which means no Eastern Europe Rebellion. I think we can all agree that we want that instead of another interbellum-like war
