Are two banners effective? E.g. two dragon flags, do they really add +4 attack or just +2?

I do not believe they stack so only +2, but Erich von Manstein may know for sure so take what I say with a grain of salt, and you must remember banners only effect surrounding allied units, not the general themselves |
