So i have beem stuck on break through encirclement v for a while now, no matter how many times i try. Does anyone have any advice on how to beat it? I have guderian and govorov (which dont really help since this is a navy mission) plus Eisenhower and Manstein. Any help would be appreciated

Build as much subs as possible.
