If you scroll down at the bottom of a page in forum while in mobile do you see the "desktop" button?
Reason I ask is I have been messaged that some posters cannot change avatars or upload images (like if they want to make guides ect..),if you want to do images you got to change from the "mobile" view to the "desktop"view,same if you want to use the live chat.
The mobile version of the forums is optimized for speed and basic phone compatibility and so only basic functions are available when in that mode.
So if you want to do pics&chat use the desktop version.
