They are basically giving the OP suggestions on adding what into the mod, as far as I can tell, they already suggested a few generals (crazy suggestions like Bruce Lee and anime characters) to put into the next mod updates. The OP also added the oil land to be made into a barrack-like structure which can product infantry, while village can produce tanks.
