Can someone tell me why I keep getting stuck on a loadimg screen when clicking headquarters, campaign, or conquest?

No one has reported that bug here in the forum yet that I know of,so I as m wondering if this is not just with your phone/tablet.
Do you have an Intel chip in your device by any chance?These chips have been troublesome for world conqueror 3.
I suggest you try the new beta,it's suppose to be a technical update (ie bug fix)
