Breaking through Bradley's defence isn't that difficult if you use F artillery to bombard Washington (
) and Bradley will charge at you and flank him and eliminate him through commander and cannon fodder.
Canada will try to do a light skirmish on New York's airport and the city itself if you aren't careful so be prepared but besides Guderian 100% overwhelms Canada so don't worry too much.
Once Washington is secure, then focus on the 2nd III airport (by now you should encounter Camacho and the mexicans here) as Arnold has 5* air. Target him as he is sitting on a Lv 3 airport which you can protect yourself from Eisenhower and also onto the south and Mexico. Note Rundstedt and Doenitz would have/haven't captured Miami so if they fail launch a strike towards there.
To battle Eisenhower just nuke him and also that darn Battleship. Patton will come to Chicago so get ready to nuke him as well, so it means hold the airport near Chicago as long as possible (guderian will send arty and infantry and occasionally) himself to help you
Once Chicago is secure take the northern III airport to then take the lv II town and hold till the end
Meanwhile Mexico and the south is protected by Spruance so get AA protection for your troops and don't assault Spruance as he is out of nuking range and has high health so just then focus on the weak Mexicans
