EW4 because it's Napoleonic and a better value system than WC3

WC3 had best skills and academy system, but headquarters levels were annoying EW4 had best campaign and medal system IMO, and the training system was Da Bomb. Could have done w/o refreshes (GoG1 style)

I personally like the graphics of WC3 far better than WC2/EW4, and I never got accustomed to the idiosyncrasies in EW4 interface for carrying out battles (same issue for me in 3K as well). It felt so weird to play EW4 after playing in WC3.
I can't ever really get engaged in playing EW4. How do people put up with that messed up interface controls? How do people enjoy it? I'm really curious. Maybe I can find a mindset to get into it somehow and finally enjoy EW4.

This made WC3 seem less difficult, but whenever I went back to play EW4 for a little while, I got mad. I kept on knocking out the troops in a city and wanting to parachute my troops in. It is still fun though.

I don't mean the paratroopers. I don't mean the tanks. I don't mean the calvary. I don't mean the ships. I don't mean nukes. I don't mean the units nor the combat.
What I mean is the weird way of carrying out orders via the programmed interface in the game. It feels a lot more awkward in comparison to WC3.

I would say it's slightly different, but not enough to change my opinion on either of them.

The unit output and health systems are weird though
