Norway, I am part Norwegian so Id rather go there than Luxembourg or Sweden. Plus, its got some pretty nice WWII memorials, and, obviously, the country is BEAUTIFUL. And free healthcare and such isn't bad either. Plus, have you seen their prisons? They treat you like VIPs! I won't have any issue continuing my hobby of arson-err, collecting trains when i live there  |

You didn't include countries like Chile, Canada, Japan or South Korea.
