@communist , so this is simple to do. Below the list of countries in the hex editor, there should be a section with just raw numbers. France is represented as 00 since it it first on the list. Each number represents a tile in game. Prussia should be what ever number it is down the list of countries for that level -1. Simply replace all of prussias numbers with 00 and it should become french. side note. Depending on your hex editor, you can drag out your hex editor how wide the map is. And you can see like a numbered version of the map. Thats what I do to quickly make maps. Are you able post a screenshot or a video? I use hex editor on my phone and that's how I use it for my mof |

Like all the country start from 00 to how many it is.
But if Italy was 14 and France was 00 you have to replace 14 with 00. But it will lead to crashing. Help please
