The hardest part is to survive against Germany in the beginning.
Norway and Holland will help you with some troops that are gonna die soon.
After you are secured and Paulus is down take the city in East Prussia than Stockholm and Helsinki.
Capture Amsterdam if needed and then go for Berlin.
Capture Cologne, and Warsaw and Krakow (if needed).
After you can capture all german citties and then go for Italy.
Help France capture the spanish citties in France then attack Spain.
Africa should be your next target(easy one)
Send troops East to help Rusia aggainst Japan.
Japan will send massive amounts of paratroopers.And maybe half Asia will be japanese.US and Canada might need your help as well.
Air Force will be your best weapon against Japan.
Use the best Generals you have and try not to lose all of them.
It'll be a very tough conquest but good luck.

Impossible no, you just have to be a better strategist than Sun Tzu, Napoleon, Rommel, Guderian, Blücher, Wellington, Hannibal Barca, and Ceasar combined. You're only going to win if you are the luckiest human being in the whole world and when you have the best Generals. Your goal is the defeat the first German waves and if you have the Generals attack Berlin as soon as you have Berlin the Soviet will also fight Germany succesfully. From there on capture damaged cities. As soon as you completely defeat Germany go for Japan through Middle East and through Siberia. |

I havent tried all but I am pretty sure that with the right generals/techs and correct strategy all countries of 39 and 43 should be possible to win with.
