Easytech basically doesn't announce much of anything in the western market but they are very much up to date in their chinese market with news on everything,they even respond to questions from players and tweets and all.
Kinda BS discrimination if you ask me,but that's the way it is.
Anyways..the short answer is "soon".

Can't be soon enough they always make us wait. At least almost no one can do the alien conquests untill they upgrade the techs so in a way it worked out pretty good  |
