Requirements:
High supply tech
Art eye covered with supply, street and plain
(For cold war high anti air)
This works perfectly against strong enemy generals. They will be killed without your general being hurt that much.
The tactic
1939/1943
When a strong enemy general like guderian is comming to you. Move your eye covered to a city, 90% chance the enemy general is following you.
In a city both plain and street triggers, meaning an additional 40 damage. This damage will hurt the enemy general a lot. During your fight with the other general both the supply from your general triggers and the supply from the city. Making your general regain lives during the fight.
So while dealing loads of damage to the enemy, you regain lifes. The enemy general will be fainted while your general remains without being hurt to much. Guderian for an example was killed with mine over the half of lives left..
1950/60
Basically the same. But your general can be nuked. So i reccommend an anti air system
1975
Put him on a field artillery, he is your man for defence. In an alien conquest, it happens a lot that a horde of aliens is comming to you. With this tactics you kill them all with one defensive general
Due to the above giving tactic, i recommend one of your artillery eye covered to have this as 5th skill
