If I'm not mistaken, I did allow using normal turns for counter in the rules You mean like instead of using the one spy turn for spy vs spy, you could use the other normal turns for that sort of thing instead if you don't mind using less turns available for research or warfare? |

Im seriously thinking to quit, I have no allies and everyone is against me. I think I'll leave.

Okay I'm doing this 1) build 17 infantries 2) send 10 back to The Light Bringer so we can settle this. 3-9) economic tech part two. |

the war plan burning espionage is getting confused by some people
War Plan burning: The victim can only use 3 turns on Attack or 5 on Recruitment
It does not make you lose turns. It just limits you in how you can use your turns. Only 3 for battles or 5 for recruiting troops.
Your remaining turns can still be used to research tech

Enemy has no units left and I already suffered enough lost as it is so I only send 1bp worth of units to annex the land on every battle. 2 to win 0CX5m_qP2. Attack scythia A. 2 to win 3.
