Rome wants Europe and Asia to know that we're entirely Swiss now (as we have modern day Switzerland in our land) and we have cancelled all kinds of diplomatic relations with all countries, it seems that the world is united to destroy our cultured empire and send us to the dark ages, which is why we're trying to save ourselves.
