I am not sure if this was posted already but...
In terms of theoretical real world time, how many hours/days/months are a turn?
I think the first campaign for the Axis is when you attack and conquer Warsaw, Poland and they want you to do it in 4 turns. In real life Warsaw was reached on sept 8 (Germans started invading on sept 1).
So would a turn be two days?

How long does it take for a normal infantry corps move, while they can cross the Korean Peninsula in a single turn?

How long does it take for a normal infantry corps move, while they can cross the Korean Peninsula in a single turn? In game, a light infantry group can get from Pyongyan to Seol in one turn. That distance in real life is 195 km. According to Wikipedia, (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loaded_march) a US soldier with a ruck sack and rifle etc. can go 12 km in 3 hours. So 195km/12km per 3hrs= 48.8 hrs Also, in one turn LI can get from Osaka to Yokohama (490.3km) and Yokohama to Tokyo (39.7km) and Athens to Istanbul (1095.2km). So... 490.3/(12/3)=122.7 39.7/(12/3)=9.5 1095.2/(12/3)=273.8 The mean: (122.7+9.5+273.8+48.8)/4=113.7 hr So it is my theory that 1 turn is about 12-14 days when you add time for sleep and rations. As in, they would march 10 hours a day.

I think it means neither time nor space were properly scaled in the game. Great work regardless!

And is the same as Berlin to Warsaw + 1 hex.

When it comes to in game geography, I don't think that would be a viable tool of measurement in my opinion (compare distances like Istanbul to Athens and Oskawa to Yokohama), but rather the marching distance of the units.

The geography of the game is all whacko! Spain, the UK, Japan, and more are too big. Some are completely disproportioned like the US or Italy. And some don't even make since to be in the game (South America).
