Dear d, I feel sorry for you that this has happened to you. Easytech has a long history of not replying to English e-mails. But they can reply to e-mails in Manderin (Chinese). Therefore I suggest you to try it again. Use google translate to put it in Manderin or ask the Chinese on our forum ( Quintus Fabius, Erich von Manstein) if they can translate it for you. I also lost my mammoth (bought with real dollars) tried emailing easytec but never got a reply despite trying several times! there are many glitches/bugs in this game. Never got my tank back. However got to lvl2 alpha 5 with NO bought units. Well if you download the game from the play store I know you can restore the purchase automatically. Don't know about other methods.

whoever my concern i been playing this game for sometime long while and i have the same problem with the game i lost all my tank i purcharse with real dollars and know gone what happend with this please fix this problem

poncefan, I can assure you Easytech is a legitimate company. In any case, they have no benefit in intentionally instigating such an issue. I suggest you email customer support (attach purchase records). This is clearly a bug.

Press on the NEW button to make a new thread 7. Tell the problem to Easytech, be sure to add your ID and purchase code in it. 8. Easytech will fix the problem. You can also mail Easytech on their E-Mail address: easytechmail@gmail.com Be sure to add your ID and Purchase code in it. If this happens it's truly unfair u as you said worked hard to upgrade them I'm sorry that it happened. I was offered 22000 green chips for 100 medals I was soo happy as I was about to begin using them as anyone would they vanished along with the 290 I had already it is a glitch that occurs when you play offline. I hope that easytech take steps to compensate players who suffer from these random glitches
