I played this game for a long time.. I'm at Antarctica stage 6.. But here's my biggest problem.. Twas 2 months ago when I receieved a Mammoth and Shark with additional thousands of medals, I thought that I'm the luckiest guy so I able to reach antarctica.. Then suddenly, these two units became vanish.. IDK why.. I made such a huge investments by upgrading them with weapons and shields.. But this is not over, weeks ago, I receieved the Unicorn, so i resume the game despite I had no Mammoth.. Then recently, Unicorn vanished too while I'm fighting in an arena.. Can someone give me advice how to reclaim these units?? This is some kind of bugs or glitch or something.. saltin, kanue,, |

I can only speak about the valid version. If you did not buy them with real money I dont see what your claim is towards easy tech.
Ofc you can send them a message but they mostly dont respond. Maybe you have screenshots using these units and you have an idea code specific for your specific game.. Maybe they send you some free medals..
That is what I can tell..

Singlemalt, I found this game in a free Android game sites.. Since they claim it is paid from Google Play and the most of their games are working properly, it seems that site is not the problem.. The problem is the game itself, I can connect the game via Internet so i can play in the arena and receive tons of medals (twas i received these precious units). I had no time to contact Easytech, like you said "Ofc you can send them a message but they mostly dont respond " since last time i checked, it still loading.. Whether they gave me free medals, but all i need is to reclaim what i had lost..

That thing that you received those units is a glitch in their system, meaning that your special session id was equal to somebody's else id and you received his purchase with him, and now et system has refreshed and found that you were glitch and now it auto fixed it, you can only try to load online save if you have one. |

Hi vincexi, Unfortunately this has happend to you. However we are just a fan community and can't help you with such questions. For such questions go to ieasytech.com, in the upper right you see their email. Here you can contact easytech. Note that easytech is a chinese company, so try to use manderin in your email. (google translate) You have more change if you have a picture of your old units. However, easytech may not return it to you since you never bought them. They can compensate with some medals. @communist, Ok.. Here's the link: *removed by NetherFreek* (third partie sites harm easytech in creating great games) The same link where I download other easytech games e.g. European War 4, Glory of Generals (both classic and pacific), among others.. However, these games i mentioned above are working properly, in fact, i finish some of these games without money. NetherFreek, well I'm here in this forum coz on that subject... Damn, I should upgrade all of my staple units at the beginning, if only I predict this will happened.. |

I also lost my mammoth (bought with real dollars) tried emailing easytec but never got a reply despite trying several times! there are many glitches/bugs in this game. Never got my tank back. However got to lvl2 alpha 5 with NO bought units.
